**edited: 2022. I now live on a little farm in South Carolina (since 2015). My boys are grown, and my husband and I enjoy raising wool sheep and growing our own food. I love spending time in my craft studio making cards and paper crafts, and spinning yarn from my sheeps wool. We enjoy spending time outdoors cycling and kayaking, and are involved volunteering with various activities in our church. I am so very blessed to be able to do what I love and share with others!**

I am so incredibly excited to be here!! I have always been the creative one in my family. I love to draw and color, and do anything crafty. I started stamping back in 1998. We were stationed in Germany and a friend hosted a Stampin' Up party. I had never stamped before, and I was immediately taken with it and placed a huge order. I started working full time shortly after, and the demo moved away (as is the life of the military), so I didn't keep up with the stamping. I was re-introduced to stamping early in 2008 when my neighbor in Arizona had a Stampin' Up party, and there has been no turning back for me!! My new demo told me about Splitcoast Stampers as 'a place to get ideas' - what an understatement that was!! I joined immediately, and it didn't take me long at all to realize I needed to be in the Fan Club because I was enamoured by the amazing work of the Dirty Dozen and just had to see the galleries! Never did I think I would be in that gallery!
We're a military family and we've moved quite a bit. In my lifetime I have been lucky enough to have lived in (not just visited) 5 different countries and 9 different US states. I've been married for almost 19 years to the love of my life! I met my husband while I was still in the Army, and it was truly love at first site. We were married after dating for only three weeks....and here we are 19 years later. I have two wonderful boys - Houston (17) and Hunter (14) and two Labrador Retrievers we affectionately call 'The Twins' as they are inseparable. I worked as a Systems Engineer for about 5 years. Then I decided to try my hand at Interior Design, so I went back to school for another degree. I had my own Interior Design business for a couple of years before we were transferred to Korea. The year we spent in Korea I really found my passion for stamping and paper crafting! I have met so many wonderful friends through this community of crafters that just keep me coming back for more!
I am now back in Arizona, where we hope to remain. Arizona is home for us (even though I'm originally from Ohio). I love the sun and blue skies, and yes...I love the heat!! I am back to being a systems engineer again. I love computer work, and even as a designer, and a stamper I always seemed to find my way back to it.
I am thrilled to call myself a Dirty Girl. There is a never ending supply of inspiration to be found on Splitcoast, and if I am able to contribute to that even a little, I am truly honored!
Hugs, Jami

First, congrats for this marvelous honor of being a dirty gal!! Second, I can't believe by your youthful picture that you've been married 19 yrs. (you must have married at the age of 3 - lol!). I look forward to seeing more of your creativity!
