Today's color challenge was just that...a challenge. I don't think my Pink Passion ink pad had ever seen rubber. Thanks Emily, for teaching us yet another beautiful color combo.
I used an old SU! stamp set, DD Hydrangea. I couldn't even find this in the gallery. It is from 1998, and is one of the double stamp style. I love it, but haven't made a card with it in a long time. I do like how this one turned out, although it's funny to think of hydrangeas when there is a blanket of snow on the ground here. The weatherman says it will be 70 this weekend though...you never know what you'll get in Tennessee.
The sentiment is from the Rub-on set, Chit Chat. I stamped off to get the two colors for the flowers and leaves. Hope you like this one....TFL!

Oh my gosh!! This brings back memories, as I used to have a "swag" border of this stamped in my bathroom!! Yes, it was MANY years ago!! I still have the stamp set, and you have made me think that I need to pull it out and give it a new look!! Also have the BIG watering can one from around the same time period.... You did a beautiful job with this!! Let's all make friends with Pink Passion now... it wasn't so bad!! LOL
