Well, I guess I am longing for the days of summer....
This is a big card...7 1/4 by 5 1/2 - and difficult to create a layout to accomadate the main image.. at least for me.
I love the idea of two bears sunning themselves on a beach, applying suntan lotion to their fur!!
A lot of colouring - but it was fun. I find that when I have this many colours in an image, it is really difficult to find paper that highlights the image without taking away from the main image....
Yakkity yakkity... ( sun tan lotion on Panda done with a signo pen and covered with crystal effects ) Hope you can see that.)
Fun card to make. Thanks for looking!

So cute! What a darling stamp. Poor little guy, shivering on the beach. Oh, I am so ready to feel 'cold' on an 85 degree beach trip to my Lake Huron. It's all my kids can talk about, going to the beach. I love the memories this card brings me!

Oh my goodness, this is absolutely adorable. Love that wonderful image and your fantastic coloring. Your layout is a perfect choice and the matching corner and brads tie everything together nicely.

PS: Upon further reading, I would have to say that you did an excellent job not outshining the main image with the DP. You picked colors to enhance the main image well. Once your eye goes to the background it is a very smart layout to. I always get so excited with coloring my whimsical images and have an awefully difficult time selecting appropriate DP's. You did so well.
