Hello, my sweet and dear friends! I had such fun with this newest remixed digi from Power Poppy, and this is a favorite. I was hoping it would be remixed soon. I have to admit that I struggled about what color to make my tulips, but I ended up going from dark pink to red. When I found this designer paper from Home Sweet Home, it worked with using the Cheery Lynn doily die I so love. Because of that, it's a large card, but it's going to have to be sent in a box anyway, which is why I ended up with a ribbon to finish it off. I sanded the edges of the paper (the closest I often get to vintage - ha!), and of course, I always love paper piercing. In hindsight, I wish the pitcher were lighter, but oh well! On to another card, right? Hehe!
We had two doctors' appointments this week, and the most important one was with my DH's orthopedist. DH decided to postpone the knee replacement surgery, and he is a happier camper. It turns out that his knee is doing better, so we'll see how long it lasts. Thanks for your prayers! I think most of you will agree that men don't make good patients, right? My doctor's appointment was fine, and I just want to not have any more for a while - I think that will help me a lot!
So thank you so much for taking a closer look, and I hope you have a great week! Stop by my blog for more details. Big hugs, sweet friends! You are dearly loved!

Beautiful card Cheryl! I love your coloring in the tulips! The use of the delicate die cut lace around the flowers gives a very elegant beauty to the card.
