What a great challenge! Haven't made a window in a while.
What I did: I used the cb birds and flowers folder on the white, then punched a large square window thru it. I ran a blue watercolor pencil around the edge and the opening then ran a waterbrush over it. The image is stamped on a smaller punched square and colored the same way. The cobalt square is a leftover from another card and was stamped w/ bleach.
I wanted to use the word tag punch on the lower edge, but discovered the one I wanted would mean I'd have to punch the others too. So I traced the shape I wanted on the white and cut it out w/ a craft knife. I punched the greeting w/ the window tag punch and layered it on top of another piece of the cobalt.
I added the cut out bird and dotted him,the flowers and a few areas of the white bg w/ stickles. A border of dots around the window was added w/ a navy glaze pen. TFL
