Off to Ransom, PA with cards to bring cheer to Brenda who survived a terrible head-on crash. Fran(philsmom) has written a wonderful story to go with this week's teapot. Read it HERE.
I based my card on the teapot with its blue flowers and flourishes and yellow butterflies. Next, to give credit where credit is due: My coloring of this image is a CASE of Reddyisco's beautiful CARD that she gifted to me. It truly was an inspiration. Hope Brenda likes my version as much as I love Jo's.

Oh my, Sallie, a great take on the elegant teapot, I can see it straight away. I have to learn to look at teapot BEFORE I make my cards, not after!! Did you use the yellow Glaze pen on the flower centres?

Sallie, this is beautiful. I love the additional embossed/lightly sponged double border, and your butterflies not only add such dimension to the card, it really brings out the center of those beautifully colored/shaded flowers. Stunning card, and another fave.

Sallie, this is incredible. The depth of your coloring is really spectacular...love, love, love the butterflies. So much to take in here....the sponging on one edge is just right!

Sweet Sallie - I LOVE your version of Jo's wonderful card which was a treat as well!! Blue is one of my favorite colors to work with and you have done some marvelous coloring on those pretty flowers - offseting the blues with those cheerful yellow butterflies was sheer genius - Brenda is going to love this card!!
