Today's Featured Stamper is my neighbor asweetjewel. Julie has a beautiful gallery of such creative cards. I was very excited to browse through for some inspiration. I really loved the spotlighting she did on this cute card and I was inspired to try it for a sympathy card for my stash. I decided to use the Fantastic Foliage set for the first time (I really thought I was going to use this one like crazy). I cut a heart using my ScanNCut and taped it down to my card base. Then I stamped the pine cones and needles. Then I lifted the heart and used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the images and stamp them again for a smooth transition. I colored the image inside the heart and softly watercolored a blue sky. Then popped it up on foam squares. The end. I would've loved for this to be a Christmas card.

Bestill my heart Jen, this is one gorgeous, heartfelt sympathy card. The heart is fantastic and I love how you used the image in such a way that it follows the lines of the heart-shaped die. ~Karen.
