Hello, my sweet and dear friends! I had such fun with this newest remixed digi from Power Poppy, and this is a favorite. I was hoping it would be remixed soon. I have to admit that I struggled about what color to make my tulips, but I ended up going from dark pink to red. When I found this designer paper from Home Sweet Home, it worked with using the Cheery Lynn doily die I so love. Because of that, it's a large card, but it's going to have to be sent in a box anyway, which is why I ended up with a ribbon to finish it off. I sanded the edges of the paper (the closest I often get to vintage - ha!), and of course, I always love paper piercing. In hindsight, I wish the pitcher were lighter, but oh well! On to another card, right? Hehe!
We had two doctors' appointments this week, and the most important one was with my DH's orthopedist. DH decided to postpone the knee replacement surgery, and he is a happier camper. It turns out that his knee is doing better, so we'll see how long it lasts. Thanks for your prayers! I think most of you will agree that men don't make good patients, right? My doctor's appointment was fine, and I just want to not have any more for a while - I think that will help me a lot!
So thank you so much for taking a closer look, and I hope you have a great week! Stop by my blog for more details. Big hugs, sweet friends! You are dearly loved!

Wow Cheryl.....After writing that letter to you a few minutes ago I thought that I would check out your card creations on your gallery site. My eyes just about popped out of their sockets. I have never seen tulips colored so beautifully. You blow my mind. I'm going tobe studying this card for a long, long time. How I wish we lived closer, my friend. You are amazing!!!!!!!! Love, Kerry

Cheryl, this is exactly what I want on my coffee table. A beautiful bunch of tulips on an elegant doily with beautiful wallpaper in the background. You have colored the digi gorgeously and designed so well!
