For Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday...to bring cherries...like 42,000, to impress Moon Cherry! Yes, I know I only brought two. Hey Bertie, who are you calling stingy?! Chuckle. I'll blame it on the cold weather. Cherries are expensive in upstate NY in the middle of winter!
And for Wendy's Friday Free for All...to make a card that is a light neutral, a dark neutral, and one other color...and to make it almost monochromatic. I may have to go in the back door. Is this cheating? I used Fresh Linen and Black with a pop of, well, CHERRY!

You're dead right to only bring two; not only are out of season cherries expensive, but National Cherry Month or not, they don't taste as good when they're in season either.
Prices are crazy, aren't they. A few years back we had a friend from Chicago over just about this time of year. I bought one tiny little punnet of raspberries to dress up a dessert. They were from America, and Barb said they were cheaper here than they would have been if she'd bought them back home.
This is a gorgeous card on all points, classy, elegant, fun and totally gorgeous.
