This is for the afternoon tea party... but I am sorry I dont' eat cooked foods, so I will be bringing some cookies that are all raw... and very delicious... I thought of this, because I also fill them with Banana 'ice cream' that is made by putting banana's thru a juicer and creating a custard from the banana and then adding all kinds of things and freezing that also... they are out of this world... and little kids really LOVE them... So that is why I made this card as when our daughter was little she use to call these hup two cookies... they make you hit your heels together like a hup two... (A hup two is a soldier that clicks his heels... or a nutcracker during Christmas times... !!!! )
Anyway... this card is all created with pinks, greens, and also some mango on his hat (rhinestone) so it is also good for the color combination challenge... so much fun trying to create cards using more than one challenge.
I have used all kinds of supplies to create this one. Bo Bunny paper, Martha Stewart Glitter and punches, punches, liquid pearls, paints and also if not least cuddlebug embossing folder... I also used a glue pad to get the glitter where I desired it... If you haven't ever used one of the these ... they are great... I love mine.
Now for the cookie recipe..
Freezer Cookies
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup favorite nut
1 large banana
1 red or golden delicious apple
1/4 cup raisins
Soak sesame seeds and raisins, about 3 or 4 hour each. Soak the nuts 12 hours.
Process the ingredients in a food processor or blender until homogenized (mixed thoroughly together in one pasty blend).
Spread in a pan or dish and freeze.
Can be cut up like cookies or fudge squares
So very delicious.. try them.
Hope you enjoy my card, and also recipe...
Thanks for stopping in and visiting...

Fun card. I like the sound of the recipe, but bananas are one of the few things DH is genuinely intolerant of, as opposed to just not liking...so I need someone else around before I give these a go. I've never seen a recipe like that before - TFS.
