Choose and arragned papers like the MMSC21 sketch at http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/ Emboss Penny Black "Snowy" with clear pigment ink and emboss with silver. I made three of these and layered them and an extra hat and scarf and layered that. Cut 1/2 circles with Nestibilities and Cuttlebug all backgrounds with various folders. Cut two types of snowflakes with Martha Stewart punches out of silver paper. Apply stickles to snowflakes and White Lace Stickles to snowman's hat. Stamp Snowy on envelope and VOILA!!

Phyllis, I just adore this little snowman...leave it to Penny Black to design the Best little snowman ever! You have made this so gorgeous with the paper piecing, embossing, all those fabulous stickles...."snowy" is a very hugable snowman....I would love to have this card!!!! Just beautiful work Phyllis!

Hi Phyllis! Welcome to the teaparty. I am so glad you joined us. This is the sweetest snowman! I love his fuzzy hat and all the blue. Just soooooooo sweet. I think this little guy collects snow flakes at night. But not sure what he does with them exactly. Don't forget to have some of Mrs. Claus award winning sugar cookies and fine tasting cocoa. Yum
