One of my dear stampinÂ’ friends has a birthday this week and these are the hardest cards to make. First, you want it to be special for a special friend; then, it must be outstanding because that friend is also a stamper! And finally, you know she will display the card- so there is even more pressure. This stand up card was just perfect along with my very best and favorite Designer Paper from StampinÂ’ Up and a little silver bling. I used white shimmery metallic paper and clear embossed the image and the punched butterflies. I love how it turned out and the back is as pretty as the front, donÂ’t you think?

Welcome back, Diane! It seems like you've been gone for ages. Anyway, I see you've managed to create another stellar card as always. Beautiful scene and wonderfully complimented by that gorgeous ribbon.

This is so pretty! I like how you did the ribbon treatment! Thanks for taking a pic of the back. Since I didn't do this challenge, I had no idea what those wing thingies were all about on several cards I've seen. Maybe I should try this technique! TFS!!!
