I used "Bloom & Bulbs" wheel as the border of the card. Use color pencils and gamsol to color. Cut out the water can from "Blooming with Love" set. Greeting stamp is from Papertrey Ink. Attach 3 dew drops as the water drops. TFL.

Very pretty! What a great way to use the watering can and seed packets stamps... love the water drops! You did a lovely job with the coloring. Wonderful card!
