This is for Cindy Motherway's first blog teapot challenge. Felt I just had to use polka dots, Cindy's favorite, in some way during this first week! The polka dots have stickles in the middle but they just don't show.

Yay for Old Glory, now what am I supposed to use? Hee!!! I love the star from that set, and how you added all of the sparkly dots!! Love that sentiment, too!
