My step-son is getting married in three weeks, and this is part of our wedding gift to them. These recipe cards will be completed with all of his favorite recipes and put into a cookbook. His father and I will complete some cards and so will close family and friends. This idea is that his bride-to-be will be able to always keep his tummy happy and full. LOL!
I used SU markers to color the bread image, which was stamped with Basic Black Classic Ink onto Whisper White cs, and punched out with my 1 1/4" square punch. It's layered onto a 1 3/8" Chocolate Chip square. The recipe card is also stamped with Basic Black Classic Ink onto Whisper White cs, layered onto Chocolate Chip cs and layered again on Bake-Off designer paper.
I kept these VERY simple since I made 10 of each design, but I think the bride and groom will appreciate the thought behind the gift.

You are so sweet. My sister's mother in law wrote out recipes for her 26 years ago. She even gave my sister a special pan to make my brother in laws favorite snack.
