Using the Vera Bradley purse for inspiration during the A-Musa-A-Palooza celebration for 2008, I chose an assortment of DP with the colors of red, light blue, navy and white. I cut each paper into 1/2 inch strips and attached to white card. I stamped "Cruisin'" onto a strip of white cardstock. I drew the road with marker. I stamped "Cruisin'" again on patterned paper and cut just the car out. I attached to cut out to the white paper over the stamped image. I drew little puffs of smoke out the back of the car with a marker. I colored the scarf on the woman with blue gel pen. I colored the headlight with a yellow stardust gel pen. The middle of wheels and back bumper were colored with a clear stardust gel pen. I used a light grey pencil to draw shadow under the car. I mounted the white strip to a navy strip and mounted on upper half of top-folded card. I stamped the greeting on a white cardstock piece die cut with Nestabilities. I mounted the greeting onto a navy piece trimmed to size.
