Here's my entry for today's Featured Stamper's Challenge base on this card (Gallery at Splitcoaststampers) by YLM (Cindy).
I loved the blocked layout of this card. I have kept the layout and changed the colours. I kept the cake theme but changed the cake to a cupcake and put the diecut on a scalloped background which is pop dots. I also added a ribbon and scalloped element to the lower block.

this is a fun design to use up small pieces of dp that we all have around.. love your colors.. what a pretty card!
