It is very simple to make these. I took a flower pot and hot glued a styorafoam ball inside. Then I attached candy bars to bamboo skewers with a little hot glue and wrapped some green cellophane around them (to similate leaves). Then I arranged and stuck the skewers into the styro ball to form a candy "bouquet". I fan fold $10 bills, put 3 together and wrapped wire around the middle. Then I stuck the wire up through the buttons and attached with more wire to the skewers (which I then stuck into the bouquet). To make the money flowers look like they do, I just pull apart each side of the "fan" until I got the look I wanted. I hope this is understandable. Feel free to pm me with any questions. Good Luck!
