Not exactly sure if this is stipple plaid, but it is an older background plaid from SU...sheep and sentiment from Primitive Beginnings CHF, and tree from Kim Hughes Fall Sihouettes for CHF. I just CANNOT do a sheep now without using Liquid Applique!!

Accessories: gingham ribbon, LIQUID APPLIQUE of course, lace, pearls from Hero Arts, Nestabilities...sorry, just kidding an old peanut contained lid to trace the circle!!!!
