This is my submission for TLC167, the diorama card. The instructions were very easy to follow. I made this one 4.25" high instead of the pattern, which was 3". I also changed the cut outs to ovals (cut with my nesties on the CB) because I don't have the required circle punches. This format fit my picture better anyway.
There is a lot of coloring here, and some detailed cutting around the sunflowers, but other than that it went together pretty easily.
I used Prisma Pencils and Gamsol to color the images, used the CB to cut the corner treatments to look like a porch lattice corner. I used Stickles on the butterflies and dragonflies.

This is simply one terrific card, Grace. Yikes, so you thought the directions were easy ~ oh no, I read and then reread them and looked closely at all the photos and still had no idea as to how to make this. Eventually, I gave up. See, and you thought they were easy. Needless to say, I applaud your card in particular but everyone in general: I cant follow directions nor have I ever followed directions well! This is just perfect. Kudos, girl. You be the winner!

I too think the ovals are perfect for this card. Ahhh reminds me of when I was a little girl my grandma had a big porch. We would sit out there because there was no AC. She was an awesome baker and cook. We always had a goodie. This is a great card. Love the layers. Wonderful
