I am not a big fan of pink. I love it when other people use it, but when I use it, I always think of ice cream cones or Easter eggs, with one exception; I love pink and brown together. So, when I saw the Color Challenge today was to use Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip and another one of my all time faves, Certainly Celery, I couldn't resist. I started watercoloring this at my desk while at work. Don't tell!
After WC'ing I masked my image and sponged with Pretty in Pink, and stamped with Itty Bitty BG. I cut out portion of the stamped image and then mounted my wc'd image on Chocolate Chip that I had scored and sanded. I edged the top and bottom of my CC CS with punched circles to create a scalloped edge and then added pink brads. The Certainly Celery layer is stamped with the Canvas BG stamp and Versamark. I then added some gingham ribbon and Diamond Glaze to the birdseed tube. TFL.

This is so adorably cute! I just love HM stamps, they're all so cute, but they take a long time to color in properly which is why I think I don't use them more often. Your card turned out great, pink and all!
