 | | This is a card for a cousin of my Dad's who is not well at all. She's a really awesome lady.
We should make more samples for this set! I was surprised that there's not more of them.
This was fun to colour. I used Prisma pencils and Graumbacher spirits, and tried out my new Palette Noir ink. Not the best choice- it smeared with the spirits, but it kind of suited the style of card once I was aware of it (!), and it worked. I also traced over the sketchy lines a bit with a fine Sharpie, to give definition. The background is stamped twice, once using Linen, and again with the curly twirly stamp from Timeworn Trim. Sorry for the shadows in the picture- I wanted to get it in the mail yesterday morning. Nice bright sun for picture taking, though! |
