I stamped the Congratulations stamp from Great Grads to make this card for the graduating cat lover

The BG is stamped with Versamark using the Print Pattern BG then Pastels are applied with sponge daubers. Then the French Script is inked with Gold ink and stamped over the Print Pattern. Very pretty IRL.
