 | | My first wedding card EVER!!
I used the wedding stamps from both the Fun & Fast Notes and Cause for Celebration.
First I stamped the Bashful Blue card base with my Aida Cloth background stamp in Bashful Blue. I layered Brilliant Bue under a wide strip from the Le Jardin DP. The vertical strip is another paper from Le Jardin layered onto Barely Banana. Nice soft colors but the Brilliant blue gived it some POP!
Both images are embossed with clear embossing powder. I colored the smaller image with my markers and then stamped it. The larger image is stamped in Bashful blue then colored in using Blender Pens.
The two butterflies are embossed in a shimmery gold embossing powder, cut out and mounted on dimensionals. The ribbon and brads are from Michael's.
It was made for a sweet friend who is getting married soon and her wedding colors are close to Bashful Blue! |
