What a great challenge! I really like working w/ vellum because it seems to make even ordinary images look special.
For this I followed the directions by stamping the image (PSX) onto the vellum, turned it over and debossed the words and some areas of the flowers and critters. I colored on the back side w/ markers. I also used a brass stencil to emboss the frame and long flowers around the image. I used the piercing template to go around a couple of times then used a white gel pen to create the faux stitching. I attached a small piece of white c/s behind the image cut around the vellum w/ mini scallop scissors then attached the vellum to the blue c/s. I did the small image of the ducks (Sarasota) on vellum the same way. It's attached to white c/s, cut out and attached w/ foam tape.
The yellow stripe was done w/ a two sided stripe stamp (DRS). I used the regular scallop scissors around the edges then did the dots w/ a blue souffle pen. TFL
