What a great inspiration room! There is so much to see, I didn't know where to start. I finally decided on the colors and the picket fence headboard.
The image was stamped, masking as I went, w/ Prussian blue. That was a mistake as nothing I own goes well w/ this color. I finally found one piece of Bazzill c/s that didn't fight w/ it so that's the only color other that white.
I added just hints of color w/ markers, cut around the top section and attached it to a bugged panel of the blue which I had highlighted w/ white chalk ink. The top section of the fence is slightly elevated. The sentiment was done the same way, and attached to a couple of stamped and cut out flowers. I wrapped a little thread around the top one.
The white bg was stamped w/ a large check bg stamp and French blue chalk ink. I rubbed a little around the edges and put this all on a blue card from the same Bazzill c/s. A couple of buttons were added as well as dots w/ a white souffle pen. TFL

This is so pretty with all of its details. Love the fence and the CB background you used. Wow!
