This is my entry for the Fan Club Inspiration Challenge. The inspiration piece is a beautiful dinner plate which I represented with the black circle and flowers stamped in black embossing powder and watercolored. I was having a hard time deciding the background of the card so I once again consulted with my 10 year old daughter. She is really enjoying these challenges and she helped me come up with the colors based on the bowl in the picture. I added some rhinstones on the flowers and the flower brads for interest. I had a lot of fun studying the inspiration picture for the past several days and so glad I was introduced to the fan club challenges. Oh yes, the card is a 5.5 x 5.5 square so I suppose it also qualifies for main theme challenge (to create a card that is a different shape than normal). Thanks for looking!

I am shocked to be the first to leave a comment. I will link this lovely artwork to a thread for some underappreciated cards (Forums at Splitcoaststampers.
I love the watercolored/embossed flowers, the ribbon and the arrangement of the bling. I also like the circle layout.
Thanks for sharing and ...
Happy Crafting!
