I combined Sketch Challenge 10 and Technique Lover's Challenge 1 (the Kiss Technique) to come up with this card.
The background on the top part is a Hero Arts grid stamp - I colored the squares (every other one) with Sage Shadow and Bliss Blue Markers. Then I "kissed" it with leaves from Fantastic Foliage that were inked with Chocolate Chip. Then huffed on the whole thing and stamped. The bird from Garden Collage is colored with pastel/chalks and a q-tip.
I think I will send this as a sympathy card - will use a computer printed sympathy sentiment inside.

This is really gorgeous. What a lovely sentiment stamp! I have this sentiment stamp and I should get it out again and use it. I like how you used that Hero Arts grid stamp. I'm thinking about making my own grid stamp with pieces of SU rubber!

That is so gorgeous! I keep saying I want to get a grid/background stamp -- wish SU had one. But I love what you did -- the colors, the layout, the whole feel to the card. TFS! -- Denise
