I made this card for my mom, Cleo (lovingzinnias), who was sick. I was hoping she would like it and....she did!
This card was inspired by one in the Fall-Winter 2007 catalog, pg. 4.
I used the Designer Series Paper, Le Jardin. The flower was stamped many times on white card stock with So Saffron, then cut out and layered. I sponged the edges of the petals to give them a little extra color and bent them out to give them dimension. The "F" is from the Wild West Alphabet and colored with marker directly on the rubber before stamping. The sentiment, 'Dare To Be', is stamped with Always Aritchoke on So Saffron card stock and then cut out.

Love this and I know your mom did too. Lots of work cutting out the layers, but so worth it on this beautiful card. Great sketch and love the DP.
