pjw-it is very easy. You use the Coluzzle Circle cutter (I had to buy it, just to make this card!). You know it has the little stops so your circle isn't completely cut out until you do it. You cut one circle, then rotate it one-quarter, and cut the next circle in, etc...until you get to the middle.
A smart member at my Stamp Club (Cheryl) had a great idea...while you have it going in one direction, go ahead and cut every other circle. Then rotate it one-quarter and cut all of the other circles. Very easy, then you don't have to turn it each time and try to line up your circles! Hope that makes sense! Good luck!
