1. Sometime back I made a gift bag that sorta looked like this and I was saving it for my sister-in-laws birthday.
2. Today I wanted to make her a birthday card to match the gift bag.
3. Today is her birthday, nothing like doing stuff at the last minute....the story of my life.

Cindy, this creation is beyond phenomenal!! It is jaw-droppingly gorgeous~~ (Is droppingly a word??? Well, it works for me!!) I love the brads in the center of the flowers, and that ribbon bow with the brad center is stunning! What a beauty!! (Just like the lady that created it!!) Hugs---Pam
