I'm trying to catch up on all the challenges I missed this week. This card is for the sketch challenge. I like this layout, and I think I will use it again often. The image is a from a long-retired SU set called Happy Harvest. I stamped it in brown StazOn and then watercolored with re-inkers. I stamped the image again several times on another sheet of WC paper and then watercolored only the leaves and acorns, and cut-out and added to the original image to give dimension. I also stamped the squash image from this set and cut it out to give more dimension. I added a little bit of foilage with my fern stamp from Watercolor minis and then added some dots randomly with a marker. I also added some highlights with a white gel pen. TFL and Happy Thanksgiving.

Wendy, this is just marvelous. Great job on the coloring and the cutouts do add a lot of dimension. Well done.

Oh, Wendy, this is so adorable! I love that you're making Thanksgiving cards still too! I am more inclined to do Christmas so I only have 5 for turkey day so far! I love this stamp and all the fun leaves, acorns and fall delights! Wonderful coloring too! Great work!
