I volunteered to do a make 'n take card for my upline's team meeting. This is my 1st try at acetate cards - what an adventure this has been.
First hurdle was finding acetate that was a good weight and not greyed. I finally found a STAMPENDOUS product at my LSS and CLEAR FILM (medium weight) by Grafix at Hobby Lobby.
Next was an ink nightmare. A big THANK YOU to mresendez0911 for pointed me to the Stazon Opaque White Cloud ink. I live in Colorado which is generally pretty arid and the ink dried in a matter of minutes. Both the Brilliance Metallic and SU Craft White were both still wet 12hrs later.
I welcome your comments since I'm doing this for a group of talented ladies!! TFL!!

What a great card! Beautiful job coloring the snowmen and the color combo is perfect for a winter theme. Oh, and I may just have to get this snowflake set because it looks SOOO nice on acetate!

Nice acetate card. Isn't msresendez0911 a great gal for helping you out! She's a sweetie (and one of my good friends). Hope your group will enjoy the card, it's a good one.

absolutely beautiful, Deb! I love the colors you chose and the snowmen (definitely one of my faves). The acetate looks great. You are such a wonderful resource telling us what did and didn't work--very helpful.
I also have to comment that your presentation in this photo is superb! I love the use of the stamps around your card and the fabric--okay, I could go on and on--remembering my photography days now (don't stick to that often when I am in a hurry to post). Overall GREAT job! TFS
