I think this would be a great card to demo the "Wow!" of embossing--and also show how easy it is to color an embossed image with markers. I'd suggest arriving at a WS with all of the pieces pre-cut--with an extra one of 2X2 of the Natural White. Stamp the tree with black ink and hand it to the ghostess to color with markers. Then, while she is busy, stamp the tree again and emboss it in gold and color with markers--you'll be done before she is and yours will POP. Then emboss the background and sentiment and add layers slowly--show how an "okay" card can go to "WOW with a few simple layers.

What a great holiday card! Love your idea of giving the hostess the job of coloring. I will have to remember that one! I'm not crazy about coloring, especially in front of others.
