I used very similar striped BG paper (DCWV stack), changed the main stamped image, tags, sentiments, ribbon and papers for horizontal strip and scalloped image border. The card is 5 1/2x5 ½” square, which I believe Ked’s is also.
I paper-pieced a flowerpot using the SU tag punch, scallop-edged the image border using decorative scissors. The little dots on the thin horizontal strip came from “Be Happy” and I colored them in With Marvy pens using colors to match the stripes. I used Bright Kaleidoscope paper from the Doodlebug School Collection for the center of the flower and flowerpot. The flower, circle and flowerpot are propped up on dimensionals. I added a touch of fruit punch stickles to the little dot in the flower center. Sentiments & flourishes are both from Papertrey Faux Ribbon set.

So funny, I think we were checking out each others cards at the same moment! Love your take on this card; as you know, it was one of my choices too! Again, terrific job with lots of elements; I have trouble with that!
