Whipper Snapper Bear Card For Keiki Kids Charity

Cleaned up my stamping room today and noticed my scrap pile is hugh. Decided to use up a bunch of patterned paper and small scraps of ribbon and lace to make cards for the Keiki kids charity. Stamped background with Just Jeans. Colored bear image with prismacolor pencils and blended with baby oil and a stump. Hugs to you stamp from TAC.
