I bought the white mesh and the wheel last year and have never used them. LOL, I even bought the ink cartridge last year and just broke it open for this card!!
I sponged white Staz on on the edges of the card to be sorta underwatery, and I sponged the cool caribbean matte with the corresponding ink.
The entire imge is done in faux diamond dust.
Oh, and I added the dots on either side of 'Best Fishes!'
