I made this for the WT92 challenge to use a scrapbook layout as inspirtation for a card. My inspiration was the layout on page 126 of the February 2007 Creating Keepsakes. I'm not much of a scrapper, but love to look through the magazine! lol. I must say I love how this card turned out! It actually looks like it did in my head, for once. I stamped the swirls and the french script (masked) in white craft ink and dusted with pearl ex (pink for the swirls, pearl for the script) and wiped off with a swiffer cloth. I've been wanting to use this paisley background as a focal image for awhile, so I embossed it in white, then applied pastels and wiped with the swiffer cloth. Used crysal effects to make the crest stand out on the tag. The shells are shell chip beads from the clearance bin at JoAnn - just couldn't pass them up.

OH, it is sooo pretty, I can't wait to try to recreate it. Thanks for sharing how you created it. I have never tried using pearl ex, but this is a good reason to start.
