I made this for a challenge on another board, but had to post here too. It doesn't really fit in with the Fall leaf challenge, but it's Fall-ish anyway to me. This is another of those many-stamp-companies cards for me......
Scarecrow - Bad Axe Trading Co
Sea Oats - I Love Rubber Stamps
Hello Friend - TAC
Bird trio - www.myheartstamps4u.com
Burlap backgrounder - Cornish Heritage Farms
...and just with Kittie747 in mind, I used the fern stamp from the WC minis set for a little texture on the ground.
I did my coloring with Prismacolor pencils, a little blending with baby oil (my MIL is bringing me Gamsol next month - can't wait!).
Oh hey, any comments (+/-) on the placement of the greeting? I'm not sure I like it there - draws the eye to a weird place - but I don't think I would like it above his shoulder either.

I think it definitely got lost in the uploads. Mine do that too! If you really wanted to do something different with the sentiment, what about stamping it on a separate piece, punching out, and hanging from the card with raffia?
