Marbled Rainbow is a technique I learned from Pat Huntoon's Technique Junkies Newsletter. What you do is take a piece of white tissue paper, brayer over it with several colors (or a spectrum pad), crumple it up, then spread it flat (ink side down) over a piece of white/vanilla cardstock. Spritz it a couple of times, and then brayer over it on top of the cardstock. When you lift up the tissue paper, you have a wonderful "marble" effect. It's very addicting!

The background is very pretty. But what I like most is the 3D aspect, the balance of the layout, and the colors. OK, so that was three things...I couldn't pick just one thing!
