The floral paper in the background is new this season by Flair Designs. I stamped French Script over the top of the floral print, and added the Paris postage marks here and there.
The rooster layer has very lightly printed oak leaves on the paper. I added several fleur d' lis, the rooster, as well as a very lightly stamped french script to the paper. Oh, and the postage mark too.
The corners were cut using the new Stampin' Up! ticket corner punch. The rooster layer is popped up on dimensionals to give it some height off the main layer of the card.

Another absolutely gorgeous piece of artwork. I'm totally blown away every time how you can take various supplies and turn them into such amazing pieces. I'm in awe every time.

It's the layers!! Layers of stamping that really make it the best. I hope some of your creativity rubs off on me as I gaze at the art!
