I stamped moon from Quick & Cute) and stars from Fun Fillers (retired) on Brilliant Blue in Versamark and embossed in yellow, adhered it behind window frame created with square punch. Layered onto Baroque Burgundy and onto Naturals white cardstock. Cut strip windowsill and adhered. Then I cut out the cat on Basic Black using a stencil, mounted with Dimensionals. Sentiment was stamped with Baroque Burgundy on bottom of card.

The cat stencil is by Simply Plaid, #28102, "I Love Cats," and I got it at either Michael's or Hobby Lobby (it's one of those smaller, plastic ones probably intended for home decorating). I was looking through all my stamps for a cat, but they were all frontal views and I wanted it to be looking out the window -- that's when I came up with the idea of using a plastic stencil.
