WCW313 Lures for Dad

This was done after seeing this video here I am sharing for this week's tutorial ideas. I do think the other painting in the video would work well for a Sympathy card. I have some process shots here on the blog. I am not sure what kind of a lure this is supposed to be but, the feathery parts caught my eye as something different.
