More details on my blog:
Layers of ink

I love butterflies and the lemon butterflies are always the first ones to be seen in spring, so this page is inspired by them. There is something so joyful about butterflies. Stamp the butterflies with waterproof ink. Mix watercolor paint and then paint the butterflies, let some of the paint flow outside the lines. Immediately paint the blue background so that the paints will blend and new colors form.

When dry, stamp sentiments. Color some parts of the butterflies with white gouache and Stickles. White emboss dots on the background.

Die cut the title from velvet and glitter paper. Stamp the second word of the title.

Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!

I always love your use of color. I need to get better at it! Super pretty Art Journal page.
