FS1002 - this week's incredibly talented featured stamper is jdmeeks also known as Donna. I found this INSPIRATION.

For my card, the large leaf immediately made me think of this sweet House Mouse image, so I stamped it, colored it with Copics, and trimmed the panels down. Each piece is framed with an orange layer to echo the warm tones in the image. For the background, I pulled out a bold sheet from the stack of designer papers I am working to use up this year.

To finish the design, I arranged the layout, so the sentiment is flagged off the image, then added several orange candy dots for a simple, coordinated touch.

Autumn is my favorite season of ALL. Your little house mouse is simply adorable and I love that you are using up papers. That is one of my goals this year. The orange enamel dots add to the fall theme giving brightness and shine. A fav for me,

I have oodles of every tone of orange - it's not a color I'm usually comfortable with BUT everything about this card just "sings"! All the bright pops of orange on this card seem to reflect the joy of an autumn day that your adorable house mouse is experiencing.

Lisa this is such a beautifully crafted card. That wonderful mouse image makes me smile and I live that thr leaf theme is repeated in the beautiful bg paper. Love all the beads too.
