Layers of ink
I was inspired to create a tag with spring-time colors. Coat the tag with gesso and let dry. Apply texture paste through a stencil and again let dry.
Paint the tag with watercolor paint. Splatter a yellow Distress Watercolor Pencils over the tag.
Die cut the sentiment from yellow glitter cardstock and from black cardstock. Offset to create a shadow effect. Add gems, a stamped sentiment and ribbons.
