Mary Walters is our host this week and she has given us some real Irish colors. Her dessert is St Patrick's Day. Not needing any St. Patrick's Day cards looked at the colors and last week's watercolor challenge came to mind. I wanted to practice the sketching that the artist Paul Clark taught us about birds. This week our watercolor challenge is about salt backgrounds. So, practicing both techniques created this painting. I did use the neutral blue. Thanks, Mary, for the inspiration. Come and show us what you do with these colors.
