MMTPT918 - Sabrina has given us the theme of Tropical for this week's challenge. This bird wishes he was more vibrant like his tropical cousins. Just imagine he is in the tropics visiting them. I am putting several sentiments inside to add later so the Tickle recipient can make it fit whatever occasion they want it to.
CC1093 - Roberta has us using Pretty in Pink, Daffodil Delight and Misty Moonlight. The dessert option is designer paper (extra colors allowed).
WCW300 - Suz has us painting birds in Spring. The tutorial is lovely especially the part where he breaks off and tries to teach how to draw birds. Worth the watch just for that.

Beautiful! I like how you did the close up. Your background is lovely with the out of focus technique. You must have had the right amount of moisture on the paper. I so agree with you about the sketching of the birds, and yours is fantastic. tfS

Nancy: Love your spring bird visiting the tropics. I think you did a wonderful job with the wet in wet and chuckled at the thought of you being intimidated. Wonderful watercoloring.
