CC1093 - Roberta has us using Pretty in Pink, Daffodil Delight and Misty Moonlight in this week's color challenge and the dessert option is to use dsp and it can have other colors.
I sketched and watercolored a little bookshop (based on several pictures I saw on Pinterest. I also added a book image. I love reading and bookstores - especially little independent ones.
My favorite bookstore is the Haunted Bookshop in Mobile, Alabama. This card sort of reminds me of it. Their staff loves to pick out books for you - you tell them what you love and include as many details as you can, and they will give you book recommendations. Oh my, Nancy, this is the cutest, quaint little bookshop I've ever seen! I Love all the arches, giving it a warm and inviting appeal! These colors look Great in your bookshop, and the dp framing was a sweet idea on your part! So well done~

Nancy, I want to go and sit for hours in your bookstore! It's just so quaint and I love the colors you chose too and the book in the front just adds texture and depth and it's just perfect. I wouldn't change a thing about this image! Great creation!
What a wonderful card! Love your sketch and painting of this sweet little bookshop as it looks like a fun adventure with lots of interesting little nooks to find that perfect book. I love to read real books so I hope bookstores continue to thrive!
