Layers of ink
I made a tag with a friendship theme, an inky background and lots of hearts. White emboss the large words on the tag. Smear Distress Ink on a non-stick craft sheet, mist with water and press the tag into the ink. Let dry and repeat until you are happy with the look. Add a little Distress Oxide Ink at the end.
Restamp the title, off-setting slightly for a shadow effect. Stamp a text stamp on the background.
Emboss hearts on kraft cardstock and die cut. Shape a little and layer. Stamp small sentiments on labels and cut out. Add gems to the tag.
